This project was for a CTA to drive improved youth engagement with MSD’s Youth Service. The goal was to create something that would let the service design team gather as much information from their service users as possible. It would be sent to every active user via email.

I was asked to submit a design that would help get as much engagement from a group that, statistically, had very poor engagement with MSD’s feedback services. I was to be in charge of both the copy and the image.

Creating an image that was bright, colorful and clear was the main goal. Creating copy that supported the client’s needs for improving engagement was also key.

The copy especially was iterated on many times to get the best possible variation on header, main copy and button text.
