Working as a UX designer entails being a liaison between several actors, bringing them together, discussing requirements, limitations and goals. Quantifi Photonics’ flagship optical test software needed a new, complex, precision functionality and it needed to bring it to bear in a short time in order to meet a client request.

In order to bring this new, complex functionality to life I brought together stakeholders, SMEs and software developers in order to workshop an outcome that was fit for purpose and met company standards while simultaneously working out and plotting potential road blocks for test and development.

The project was delivered on time and rated highly with users.
